Through 12/11 Stop & Shop has a great sale on all the ingredients for DeLulu’s Easy Chicken Parm Dinner Recipe. This is for those I don’t feel like cooking nights but still need to feed the family and stay on budget. It’s more of an assemble and heat meal that only requires basic cooking skills. This is one of our Favorite I don’t feel like cooking tonight dinners, and I often throw it on a long roll that i’ve split and made into a garlic bread and call it a Chicken Parm Hero, I’ve also served it with Spaghetti. This is not authentic Italian food obviously, but it’s an easy meal that tastes pretty good with minimal effort.
