Ingredients easy 1 stop shop at Aldi
- 1 package Turkey Polska Kielbasa, 13 oz – $2.69 (sale)
- 1 bag bite-size yellow potatoes, 24 oz – slice in half – $2.59 (sale)
- 1 jar Deutsche Küche German Style Sauerkraut, 24 oz – use half or more depending on taste – $1.49 (sale)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional for roasting)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: Slice the yellow potatoes in half. Slice kielbasa on a bias (diagonal slices). Drain and measure sauerkraut (about half a jar or more, depending on taste).
- Roast: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread halved potatoes on a baking sheet or roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced kielbasa and sauerkraut to the pan. Mix lightly and return to oven. Roast an additional 20–25 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and kielbasa has a nice roasted color.
- Mix & serve: Remove from oven, mix everything together, and serve hot.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of a 9″x13″ oven-safe dish.
